may kurot sa puso. the essence of being in a “Filipino family” is captured in this clip. how each apo cares for his lolo and vice versa.not a second of your time is wasted when you watch this clip.parehas kami ni cocodog_21, when i watched this clip.i remembered my lolo who never fails to buy softdrinks (Jazz Cola) for his apos everytime we visit him.kudos to the director and the rest of the guys who made this!

I love it. no pretense. Hindi kailangang maglalim-laliman. A simple story told in a very simple way which made the message came across. Ayos to! Hindi overrated! Magaling! Vote for this film!

this is one of the best three films in this site. I hope the FDCP will find a way to find out if some are just power-voting. this film should make it to the cut.
Yung iba dinadaan lang sa dami ng comments na pare-pareho lang ang mga tao at halos wala namang masabi about the film they are giving comments on. Go for Breakfast with Lolo!!!!

nice film …. nakakaiyak naman… lalo na nung una kase maliit lang ung pinakain dun sa lolo… dapat lamang nating ibigay kung anu man ang gusto ng mga grandparentz natin co’z you dont know kung kailan sila malalagutan ng hininga at kung kailan nila makakasama si Lord … Kaya nice film !

That 87 rating of GRUDGE is very agreeable. The topic is the sign of the time. Diabetes is a killer, mind you. The connivance of the Grandfather and the Grandson was very touching. And to think that pancake syrup is deadly for diabetics for it may cause hyperglycemia, I guess this one deserves to be on the big screen.

I’ll go with the trend of issuing an opinion on the entries. The topic is worthwhile and with value at least for the health. The video shots are good and artistic enough. The actors are great with their acting.

I’m glad that the even is finally comin’ to it’s culmination. Congratulations to all of you.
The sharing of comments and criticisms here is definitely remarkable. Very very healthy. Lalo na sa amin na sumusubaybay at naaaliw sa mga commento at entries nyo.
I’ll be honest with you guys, still saddening pa din kasi halos lahat ng entries na pumasok sa Finals ay very formulaic. Ganun pa din. Magagandang concept, pero walang story-telling platform. Magagandang expositions ang nilalatag pero sa huli, mangugulat lang na “ganun naman pala.” I just don’t see it as good story-telling. Hindi linear. I know it is really challenging to compress and tell a story in 3 min. Most docu would end up na walang wrap-up, sayang tuloy ang intention. Yung iba nagmumukhang music-video tuloy.The same applies with Narrative, nagiging isang malaking “what if?” or “eto ang concept” Then you will ask your self, ano ang istorya. 3 min really best apply to an experimental.
Anyway, the best thing about this is that you all took the challenge. Some excelled in some aspects and some did not. once again, congrats and see you guys sa awardings.
